Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and city attractions. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, often going out of their way to assist guests in multiple languages. However, many reviews mention significant issues with the bathrooms, including poor drainage, outdated fixtures, and cleanliness concerns. While some guests found the rooms spacious and comfortable, others were disappointed by discrepancies between advertised and actual room conditions. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its prime location and service, but bathroom improvements are needed.
