Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's central location and some found the rooms clean and comfortable. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the service, particularly at the front desk and during breakfast, citing unfriendliness and lack of helpfulness. Cleanliness was mixed, with some rooms well-kept and others lacking attention to detail. The closure of the pool without prior notice disappointed several guests, and breakfast quality and value received neutral feedback. Overall, while the location is convenient, service and amenities did not meet many guests' expectations.
