Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, with frequent complaints about dirty rooms, linens, and bathrooms. Several guests noted problems with bathroom facilities, such as lack of separation in showers, unpleasant odors, and humidity. While a few guests found the hotel to offer good value for the price, the overall experience was marred by poor maintenance and cleanliness.
