Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. The staff received many compliments for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to accommodate early check-ins. However, several guests found the rooms and bathrooms to be quite small for the price, and there were mixed comments about cleanliness and breakfast quality. Some appreciated the complimentary breakfast items, while others felt the offerings were limited. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and service, but room size and some amenities could be improved.

Pros (+) Location is excellent for US Embassy visits or quick shopping in Palermo. Price is cheap.
Cons (-) Building and rooms need total revamping. Walls are thin enough to hear what your neighbours are doing at any time. Space is scarce but adequate for solo travel.
