Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. However, many reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, including reports of insects and poor bathroom hygiene. Comfort is also a concern, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable beds and inadequate room amenities. The WiFi is frequently criticized for not working as advertised, and some guests experienced problems with service, such as overcharging and unhelpful staff. While a few guests appreciated the attentive staff and security, overall, the negatives outweigh the positives.
