Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and some found the rooms clean and the staff attentive or friendly. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, poor breakfast quality, broken amenities like elevators, and negative experiences with customer service. Problems with parking, safety, and payment processing were also noted. Overall, while there are some positives, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and breakfast.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and helpful. Well worth it for the money.
Cons (-) They did not put coffee envelopes in the rooms each day. We were there 3 days. They did have coffee/continental breakfast in Hotel office, but we would have liked to make out own, as we woke up after they cleared the continental breakfast.
