Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near Old Town, beaches, and attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to restaurants and shops. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unfriendly or unresponsive staff, poor housekeeping, and lack of amenities. Cleanliness is also a recurring concern, with several guests reporting rooms not being properly cleaned or maintained. Parking is another major issue, with limited spaces, unclear policies, and additional charges causing frustration. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, service, cleanliness, and parking need improvement.
