Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, lack of basic amenities such as towels and toilet paper, and inadequate housekeeping. Many reviewers mention issues with the bathrooms, including unpleasant odors, broken showers, and lack of hot water. Service is frequently described as unprofessional or unresponsive, with some guests experiencing long waits or unhelpful staff. Bed comfort is also criticized, with several guests noting old, uncomfortable, or dirty bedding. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facilities.
