Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events or proximity to key areas, and several highlighted the friendly and attentive service from staff. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, mentioning unpleasant odors, old bedding, and insufficient cleaning. While some guests found the hotel to offer good value for money, others felt it was overpriced for the quality provided. Overall, the hotel is seen as a budget-friendly option with a strong location and helpful staff, but improvements in cleanliness and room amenities are needed.
