Pros (+) I love this hotel. I stay here every time I come to Bucaramanga. The staff is amazing and are always willing to accommodate any requests. The breakfast is great and so are the prices for room service and things like that. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bucaramanga.
Cons (-) The weight room needs some additional free weights.
