Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, frequently citing poor cleanliness, small and uncomfortable rooms, and a lack of value for the price paid. Many reviews mentioned unpleasant odors, inadequate maintenance, and issues with room facilities such as broken fixtures and insufficient amenities. Several guests also experienced problems with service, including unhelpful staff and payment disputes. Only a few positive remarks were made, mainly about the location or occasional friendly staff, but these were overshadowed by the negative experiences.
