Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often noting its proximity to shops, restaurants, and public transport while still being quiet and peaceful. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and warm welcome, making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews mentioning tidy, well-maintained rooms and common areas. Some guests appreciated the tasteful decor and cozy atmosphere, as well as the quality of the breakfast. There were a few negative comments about outdated furnishings in some rooms, small bathrooms, and occasional issues with air conditioning or room layout, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives.
