Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Many found the rooms clean and the beds comfortable, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, several reviews highlighted issues with service, such as lack of staff presence, slow or unhelpful responses to problems, and limited amenities like towel changes or luggage storage. Despite some complaints about small bathrooms, noise from the street, and digital check-in challenges, the overall impression was positive due to the excellent location, cleanliness, and comfort offered by the hotel.
