Guests praise the hostel's excellent location near metro stations and city attractions, as well as its useful amenities like a spacious kitchen and common areas. However, many reviews mention significant noise issues due to thin walls and proximity to the metro, as well as small room sizes and concerns about cleanliness in some areas. Overall, the hostel is seen as affordable and convenient for travelers, but those sensitive to noise or seeking more comfort may want to consider alternatives.

Very good
Aaron, Mar 2017
Pros (+) The facilities were well kept and aesthetically pleasing. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The hostel is located in a convenient area. It is right down the street from the Marcy avenue subway station, and close to a number of restaurants, bars, markets, and coffee shops.
Cons (-) The ceilings are open, so you can hear everything on your floor. It also right next to a subway line. My remedy for both was headphones, but there are earplugs provided at the reception desk.
