Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests praise the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff, and several mention enjoying the breakfast and finding the rooms spacious. However, there are significant complaints about cleanliness, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, insects, and poorly maintained facilities. The pool, while sometimes appreciated, is also frequently described as dirty or unsafe. Some guests note that the hotel is outdated and in need of renovations, and there are recurring issues with the restaurant and bar closing early or lacking variety. Overall, while some aspects like staff and breakfast are positive, cleanliness and maintenance are major concerns.
