Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent beachfront location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several reviews mentioning exceptional service. Many also enjoyed the breakfast offerings, especially the buffet. However, there were repeated complaints about the outdated condition of the property, slow check-in, noisy or faulty air conditioning, and maintenance issues in rooms and bathrooms. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but some areas, like corridors, could be improved. Overall, the positives of the location, staff, and breakfast stood out most.

Facilities not as pictured on images posted. Hotel needs upgrading. Not worth the money. The only plus was the proximity close to the beach. Breakfast was also quite overpriced and not tasty.

Pros (+) I recently lost my husband, and this trip was my first solo adventure. The staff at the hotel - everyone - went out of their way to make me comfortable. They called me by name from the first day! They were concerned that I was not on a walk back from the Changing of the Guard (I had gone with friends who knew the way back to the hotel). They were very helpful when my flight times were changed, and...
Cons (-) I have no complaints!!
