Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and attentive staff, as well as the convenient location for various events and travel needs. Many found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. However, a major recurring complaint was the closure of the pool and spa facilities, which disappointed several guests who had specifically chosen the hotel for these amenities. Some also noted issues with noise, maintenance, and occasional service delays, but overall, the positives of staff service, location, and cleanliness stood out.
