Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Brescia and accessing public transport. Many highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. However, several guests were disappointed with the breakfast, citing limited variety and quality, and some experienced issues with the Wi-Fi connection. While the hotel's historic charm and atmosphere were appreciated by some, others felt the facilities and amenities did not meet five-star expectations.
