Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing serious cleanliness issues such as dirty rooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Service was frequently described as unhelpful or rude, and the breakfast was often criticized for being minimal or poor quality. However, some guests appreciated the convenient location and a few found the staff to be friendly or professional. Overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives in these reviews.

Pros (+) The rooms were very nice and updated. The navy themed rooms were beautiful.
Cons (-) The rooms were not very isolated from other sounds and I could hear the room next to me. They did not provide anything if accidentally left at home like small toothpastes.

Cons (-) No elevator. When u have tired kids and luggage and have to go up to the third floor it's a lot of work. Front desk person very unfriendly bad customer service!
