Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many also appreciated the comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the rooms. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, such as dust, odors, and maintenance problems. Noise from within and outside the hotel was also a common complaint, and some guests found the service impersonal due to digital or remote check-in processes.
