Guests consistently highlight the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many appreciating the cleanliness of the rooms and the unique, vintage atmosphere of the property. The location is often described as charming, spacious, and ideal for both relaxation and events. While breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it basic or insufficiently stocked, others enjoy it.
