Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and the quality of the breakfast, noting both variety and taste. Some found the staff friendly and helpful, and a few mentioned the pool as a positive. However, many reviews highlighted concerns about cleanliness, with complaints about dirty rooms, old furniture, and maintenance issues. Several guests were dissatisfied with bed comfort and the overall state of the rooms, citing hard or noisy beds and unfinished renovations. Service experiences were mixed, with some positive interactions but also reports of unhelpful staff and check-in delays. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, cleanliness and comfort were recurring issues.
