Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location with beautiful views, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff—especially receptionists like Ivandro—and the quality of the breakfast. Many also appreciated the spacious rooms, relaxing atmosphere, and cleanliness. However, some reviews noted that the hotel and its facilities, such as the pool and certain room elements, are in need of renovation or better maintenance. A few guests had negative experiences with air conditioning, outdated decor, or hard mattresses, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
