Bed comfort was generally positive but a few found the beds or pillows too hard. Parking was a recurring issue, with several guests dissatisfied with the arrangements or lack of clear information. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and value, but improvements in service consistency, cleanliness, and parking would enhance the guest experience.
