Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access downtown attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff received positive remarks for being friendly and helpful, and many guests appreciated the overall cleanliness of the rooms. However, several reviewers felt the hotel was overpriced for the amenities and comfort provided, with some noting limited amenities and extra costs for parking. Despite these drawbacks, the atmosphere and thoughtful touches like complimentary s’mores and unique decor were well received.
