Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing amenities. Many reviewers also highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with several staff members receiving specific commendations for their service. However, a major recurring issue was the elevator frequently being out of order, causing significant inconvenience, especially for guests with mobility challenges or young children. Breakfast experiences were mixed, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in quality or variety. Parking was another point of contention, as it was often limited, incurred extra charges, or was not as advertised. Room cleanliness and comfort varied, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed by maintenance issues or room size.
