Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and attentive service, and high-quality amenities such as the spa and ski shop. Many found the hotel clean and comfortable, with several highlighting the relaxing atmosphere. However, there were repeated complaints about the lack of variety and quality in the breakfast offerings, and a few guests mentioned noise or issues with the spa area. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for ski vacations.
