Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent breakfast selection, overall cleanliness, and helpful, friendly staff. However, many reviews noted significant drawbacks, particularly the hotel's location near hospitals, which led to frequent noise from sirens and concerns about safety due to the presence of homeless individuals and drug activity in the surrounding area. While the rooms were generally described as comfortable and clean, the noise level and neighborhood detracted from the experience for several guests.

Cons (-) there was a mouse in my room and basically couldn't get refunded because i didnt book with the hotel themselves.

Pros (+) The location was great as far as getting in and out of Boston itself. The Cuban restaurant attached had great drinks and great bartenders. Was hopping on a Saturday night when we returned to the hotel. The hotel staff, upon check in, had great suggestions and ideas for places to eat that were nearby where we would be going. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. Also, a continental breakfast...
Cons (-) The neighborhood was shady. You wouldn't want to be out walking, alone, at night. The convenience store on the corner was full of bums. The hotel, itself, was fine, however, I was a bit unhappy that our room wasn't cleaned when we came back at 2:30pm. Other than that, all was good.
