Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near D'Mall and the beach, making it convenient for exploring Boracay. The staff received high marks for being friendly, accommodating, and helpful, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Cleanliness was also noted positively, with several reviews mentioning clean and comfortable rooms. However, some guests experienced issues with weak or unavailable WiFi in the rooms, and noise from air conditioning or neighboring rooms was a recurring complaint. Despite these drawbacks, many guests felt the hotel offered great value for the price and would recommend it to others.
