Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location by the Rhine and its proximity to attractions and transport. The breakfast was frequently highlighted as varied and delicious, and many found the rooms and facilities to be clean and well-kept. Some guests appreciated the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere, especially in the garden and beer garden. However, several reviews mentioned issues with service, such as inflexible check-in, unclear hostel concepts, and communication difficulties. Room sizes received mixed feedback, with some finding them adequate and others too small. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making it a recommended stay for most.
