Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, particularly with carpets, bathrooms, and general upkeep. The pool was frequently mentioned as being out of order or not clean, which disappointed several guests. While some found the rooms comfortable and the breakfast satisfactory, others felt the property needed significant upgrades and better maintenance. Overall, the positive service and location stood out, but cleanliness and amenities require improvement.
