Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's panoramic views and central location, making it convenient for exploring the citadel and city center. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, including lack of reception staff, unprofessional check-in experiences, and limited breakfast options. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean and others noting problems. Parking was a common concern due to limited spaces and steep access. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's atmosphere and tranquil setting were appreciated by several guests.
