Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring Bogotá and nearby attractions. Many found the apartments clean, spacious, and comfortable for families or work trips. However, several reviews noted issues with outdated facilities, lack of maintenance, and missing amenities such as kitchen supplies and toiletries. Service experiences varied, with some guests mentioning friendly and attentive staff, while others reported unhelpful or disorganized communication. Bed comfort and amenities like breakfast and parking received criticism in a few cases. Overall, the location and cleanliness stood out as positives, but improvements are needed in amenities, maintenance, and service consistency.
