Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the friendly, attentive, and helpful staff, often highlighting excellent service and good value for price. The location, however, is repeatedly described as unsafe, noisy, and unpleasant, with several guests expressing concerns about security and the surrounding area. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some finding rooms clean and others noting issues. Breakfast and bed comfort are generally acceptable but not outstanding. Overall, the staff's positive attitude stands out as the main highlight, while the location is the primary drawback.
