Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to restaurants, supermarkets, and entertainment venues like the Movistar Arena. The breakfast also received positive mentions for its quality and convenience. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the bathrooms, citing issues such as small size, lack of hot water, and unpleasant odors. Service was another area of concern, with reports of unhelpful staff and slow responses to problems. Bed comfort was also criticized by some guests. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out as highlights, improvements are needed in bathroom facilities, service, and bed comfort.
