Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent and central location, making it convenient for accessing nearby attractions and services. The comfort of the beds and rooms is also appreciated by several guests. However, there are recurring complaints about poor service, unprofessional staff, and issues with noise, especially in rooms near the lobby or from staff activity. Some guests mention neutral or mixed experiences regarding value for price, with additional charges for early check-in, parking, or breakfast causing dissatisfaction. Overall, while the location and comfort are strong positives, service and noise issues detract from the experience.

Very good
Oscar Eduardo, Mar 2018
Pros (+) Very clean, the staff very friendly and willing to help, the breakfast was good.
Cons (-) The staff could use some information about the neighborhood, the nearby shops, resources (calls, Internet, photocopy, shops etc) and about the city; they don't know what's around, what resources they have nearby.
