Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially for attending events at Movistar Arena or El Campín, and appreciate the safety and convenience of the area. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty bathrooms, old linens, and a need for better maintenance. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as friendly and others as lacking in attentiveness. Breakfast and bed comfort are generally seen as adequate but not outstanding. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements in cleanliness and some amenities are needed.
