Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and value for money. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and rooms, and several guests found the service lacking in friendliness and efficiency. Breakfast was also a common point of criticism, with guests mentioning limited options and poor quality. Despite these issues, some guests noted comfortable beds and a few had positive experiences with staff and amenities.
