Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near attractions like the botanical garden, and the quality and variety of the breakfast buffet. Many reviews highlight the positive atmosphere and comfortable rooms, with some guests appreciating room upgrades and vintage vibes. However, several guests note that the hotel is old and in need of renovation, with issues such as dated decor, cleanliness concerns, and maintenance problems like noisy air conditioning and worn towels. Despite these drawbacks, the overall sentiment remains positive due to excellent service and amenities.
