Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near highways and city attractions. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially at the front desk, and enjoyed the breakfast options. Several reviews highlighted spacious and comfortable rooms. However, cleanliness was a significant concern for numerous guests, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. While value for price and amenities like parking were noted positively, improvements in housekeeping and some facilities are needed.

Cons (-) Pillows were super soft, compared to other hilton garden inns that I have been to, this was really bad. Everything is far, they don’t offer not even water as complimentary for Hilton honors members upon arrival.

Cons (-) I wish they would have said upon checking in that breakfast was not complimentary . Then I would not have been charged $15.00 for the breakfast
