Guests frequently complained about the lack of WiFi, poor cleanliness, and unsatisfactory service at the hotel. Many reviews mention issues such as dirty rooms, mold, and unhelpful or insufficient staff. Problems with amenities, such as non-functional locks, water leaks, and misleading room descriptions, were also common. Some guests noted that the hotel did not meet expectations based on online information, and several found the overall value for price to be lacking. Positive comments were rare, with only a few guests appreciating the location or beach access.

Mediocre
Eliseo, Jul 2020
Pros (+) The rooms was clean
Cons (-) This place should not be open. It’s a ran down place that used to be beautiful and majestic under the Hilton brand. I did not feel safe and ended up checking out within the hour of staying there. Some really weird people roaming the hallways and really sketchy place.
