Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near the Mall of America and airport, and spacious, clean rooms. Many appreciated the quality of the breakfast and the amenities provided. While some mentioned issues with cleanliness and room maintenance, these were often outweighed by positive experiences with service and comfort. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which has led to some inconsistencies in room quality, but the staff's responsiveness and the property's location remain highlights for most visitors.

Pros (+) Location was great- walked to Mall of America
Cons (-) Under construction and they did state that up front. The breakfast when I went down was out and took a while to get refilled if staying don't plan on eating breakfast there. Compared to other Homewoods, it was very disappointing. The room was very tired and needs a good renovation. The pull out couch was very uncomfortable. I assume after construction these issues will be taken care of.
