Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport, and several highlighted friendly and helpful staff. However, there were repeated complaints about unresponsive or poorly trained front desk staff, cleanliness issues in rooms and common areas, and maintenance problems such as broken beds and outdated facilities. The pool being closed or under renovation was a disappointment for some, and a few guests mentioned uncomfortable beds and missing amenities. Overall, while the location and some staff interactions were positive, there are notable areas needing improvement.
