Guests consistently praised the hotel's cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and the quality of the breakfast. Many appreciated the modern decor and comfortable rooms. However, several guests experienced significant issues with the elevators, noting frequent breakdowns and long wait times, especially in a multi-story building. Some also mentioned noise problems and minor room or amenity inconveniences. Overall, the positive aspects of cleanliness, service, and breakfast stood out, but operational issues with elevators and occasional noise detracted from some stays.

Pros (+) Front desk staff was great. Friendly and accommodating
Cons (-) Room wasn't as clean as you would like. Outdated furnishings, which is expected at a budget hotel, but can't overlook the cleanliness. Seems room turnover is rushed.
