Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the comfort of the beds. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, describing staff as indifferent or unhelpful. Cleanliness was another recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and insufficient housekeeping. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it basic or lacking in variety. Overall, while the location and occasional bed comfort were appreciated, service and cleanliness issues detracted from the experience.
