Guests say
Overall, guests were overwhelmingly dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints were about poor cleanliness, with many mentioning dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and maintenance issues. Breakfast was frequently described as unsatisfactory or unappetizing. Service was also criticized, with reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff and unresolved problems. Several guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, and some noted issues with the location. Only a few reviews mentioned positive experiences, such as a clean room or helpful front desk, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
