Guests say
Most guests appreciated the convenient and well-connected location, close to public transport and city attractions. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms and bathrooms. Noise was a frequent complaint, with thin walls and street noise disrupting sleep. Service was often described as impersonal or unhelpful, with issues related to self check-in and lack of staff presence. Several guests felt the value for price was poor, given the basic facilities and maintenance issues.
