Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful and peaceful location, serene surroundings, and unique heritage architecture. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, room upkeep, and maintenance, as well as negative experiences with staff service and management. Several guests felt the property was overpriced for the quality provided, and some noted expensive food and limited value for money. Breakfast received some positive mentions. Overall, while the setting and ambience are major draws, improvements in service, cleanliness, and value would enhance the guest experience.
