Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Cleanliness and bed comfort received positive remarks from several guests. However, a significant number of reviews expressed dissatisfaction with amenities, particularly the widespread and repeated issue of non-functioning air conditioning, as well as problems with the pool, jacuzzi, and other facilities. Service was also criticized in multiple reviews for being slow, unhelpful, or rude. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out as positives, recurring amenity and service issues detracted from the guest experience.

Eric, Nov 2025
The location of this property is its biggest asset, right next to all the shops and restaurants. There's also plenty of parking onsite. The bedding and towels were thin, cheap, and some falling apart. I'...

Great location can walk to old village in a few minutes. Friendly staff. Nice pool and spa. The hotel is a bit outdated. Thin walls and windows making it a bit noisy. Fireplace needs to be fixed.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly. They gave us free breakfast due to the mix up on our booking. Everyone we passed by was amiable. The location was right next to the main strip of shops. You could walk if you have the energy and endurance of the cold. Lots of room in the fridge to bring home leftovers. There is also a kuerig. So bring your own pods. I'd recommend buying bottled water since their water ...
Cons (-) The back parking lot ramp to get into the building is really strange. It's unnecessarily maze like. The air conditioner is loud but you HAD to have it on otherwise it'd get too hot. Even when the room was at the target temperature it would still run. This isn't as big of a deal because everything is functional. But they cut corners severely when remodeling. The door frame molding is cut for a diff...
