Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions, beaches, restaurants, and shops. Many also highlighted the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. Guests were often disappointed by the value for price, citing extra charges for amenities like parking, pool, and spa, which some found underwhelming or not worth the cost. Despite some positive remarks about comfortable beds and spacious rooms, noise and lack of modern features were also noted as drawbacks.

Marie, May 2022
Agnes was amazing! She was so helpful and charming, truly an asset to the company! She went out of her way to help us navigate the city, make reservations for our bus and was genuinely nice! Love her! The hotel is in dire need of renovations. The furniture has a thick layer of paint and looks really tired. The bathroom tiles could use a thorough scrubbing. The TV needs updating. It was a challenge...
